Plugfest needs, food, who's bringing what

I thought I would start a thread where we can discuss what is needed and who can offer to help out.

This year as you know it is at the Elks lodge in Wareham.
THE ARE NOT DOING A LUNCH BINGO MENU FOR US

However, the kitchen will be open to heat stuff up
I hope people pitch in and bring food, I'm sure it will get devoured.

other things to bring are bottled water, maybe soda, iced tea etc.
donuts, coffee ???
plates, forks, knives, spoons
that sort of stuff

nametags

I can print out the ballots if I have time, maybe someone can find the ballots from last year and post on the current contest thread I just put up. Thanks
I am working long days and up early/home late, have to work off some expensive game tickets I went to recently
so any help doing that sort of thing is appreciated.

JohnR, call me sometime and maybe we can go over this soon.

have at it guys..........
thank you
