Stayed home yesterday a little under the weather. Better today but low energy so desk work, taxes, payroll, etc.

Filed for Social Security and was approved yesterday. Direct deposit begins middle of April... I was triggered to file by the sudden death of a 68 year old client who was in good shape. He had summited Everest five times! We had discussed him filing last September so he would have enough set aside by this June to replace the windows in his house. (He was not one who wrote checks very often...)

Kids and neighbor couple in for Easter meal Sunday afternoon.

Not sure about Saturday. Dinner and an egg hunt at my favorite niece's house Sunday with a bunch of Grandbabies.

Staying ahead of the water in my field stone foundation basement ..

The water shows 24 hrs after it starts raining and since we’ve had back to back soaking rain storms it’s a bit deeper than usual

Had dinner with some friends up from Florida on Friday night. Swapped out the old Pella for a much nicer Marvin patio door on the house yesterday. Spending Easter at the fire station with my other family.
