Cape Cod Bay Fishing

Anyone have any general suggestions? Wife and I launched in Dennis today and tried following contours on the chartplotter but were not well rewarded.

Found some folks trolling and were able to jig up a couple Macks but couldn't buy a bite.

Looking for mostly guidance around ground fishing in the area, bass seems easier to wing it with...

Tube and worm from there to Barnstable harbah east bar
Plug the birds at the right tide at the entrance
Steam down to Sandy neck parking lot and snap wire from there to Scorton then let some macs loose and see what happens...

Sounds like you got the boat running, nice going..

Be safe
