Fish Pics and stories 2018: Post em if you got em!

I'll start. The Cows have come home. The first fish is still swimming. The second fish bent the barb of the belly treble into itself so it was impossible to unhook (I never had that happen before?) By the time I was able to cut the hook. It was too late.

I am NO WAY doubting the pics... but that second one one looks incredibly photo shopped/cropped (at least to me) If you were some random, I'd swear it was BS. Just goes to show how you never know!

Nice fish!

My Daughter graduated from the barbie rod this year. This is her first fish on an artificial. She has a pretty good cast for 5. Regardless, all she wants to do is fish now.

Nah... it's the way the edges look (You AND the fish). I'm 100% confident it's legit. I'm just saying how the pic looks . Could be the resolution or some other crap i know nothing about...

I was talking to Mikey Saturday AM. Fishing wasn't good enough for me to get up at 3:00...yet.

Nice job. Everyone should take note of who his coach is...I DELIBERATELY invented the Rappin Fishing Superstar!

For more information, please contact Richard Bombardier, Belmont, MA.

Nice job Mikey!

Didn't we get thrown out of Armando's in Huron Village because you were wearing a shirt that said what you'd rather be doing?

Rappin Mikey,
Greenfield High School!? I've been a member of CC of Greenfield for over 30 years. Sadly resigned this year, too many logistics to get there and back from the South Shore. My son lives about a mile from the course.
Did you show the fish to the kids?
Take care.

I did show the kids the fish. It makes for a great lesson on anadromous fish every year. I always bring a print out from the fish lift that shows the totals of each species lifted over the dam since 1955. The stripers only started showing up in the early 80s once the Enfield dam really started to break down.

So, that's how you fish from the beach. It looks very relaxing. Where can I park my truck?

Trying to keep this thread alive. This fish hit just at the end of my retrieve as I was going to lift my plug out of the water. Almost scared me off my perch into the drink.
