Thumbs up

I heard about that "plug" , it's more amazing than described!! Good going!

Hey MAC, Nightfighter gave me a 39 second run down. Glad to see that you're on the mend! Been so busy with work that I haven't had time to ****. Maybe you'll be up and running about the time I can come up for air at Cutty Hunk this fall. Beautiful work!

Starting to. Forcing myself to walk somewhat normally is a biatch though. I got too used to dragging one leg along due to the rigid brace. I'm using the hinged one now but still limiting the bending movement.

I'll be starting PT around the 4th of July then the fun really starts.

Hey! you making fun of us leg draggers I wear out the right shoe in about a month......

Now, listen; do the PT. Sure it hurts but it's necessary. Then you'll be back to life, living and pleasure. The bad news is, you and I will be twins

It's gonna hurt but it WILL be worth it. It will take a while but it will, throw away the bad days and concentrate on the next one. The pain in rehab only means it's working. I started my rehab in Mid April.
