A cool remake of a hip hop classic.

Conservatism is not about leaving people behind. Conservatism is about empowering people to catch up, to give them tools at their disposal that make it possible for them to access all the hope, all the promise, all the opportunity that America offers. - Marco Rubio

Actually would have been Sea Level (thanks again Paul, and yes I will send you some disks, hopefully soonish), but I covered that in the Sea Level thread. Listened to a whole lot of white boy blues as well off the Led Zeppelin BBC sessions set. Best Led out there if you ask me.

Had this playing in the shop this morning epoxying some plugs. The pogues also do a cover of Bob Dylan's "when the ship comes in" which is also worth checking out

Definitely not the best song, nor the best produced video, but I've watched it a lot this week since its the first time I've been posted on YouTube! LOL. I KNOW how bad it is, but its fun for me to watch!

a Passion Play

Listened to this last nite. The whole concept album / song/ play is similar to Thick as a Brick as it is one long song but being broken up by a Peter and the Wolf type tune in the middle. Luv the whole idea of the album and the music is as all Tull albums, superb and for 1973. If you were ever lucky enough to see this band live in its glory you never walked away unimpressed. Always as good live as any album. IMO this band was at the top of the music scene at the time. Here is a little taste.

still remains one of my favorite bands and this tune is awesome as all they did was. Seen this tune done live, front row. Fantastic musicians. The quality of Steve Morse's guitar work is 2nd to none, one of the best IMO.

Was listening to Mr. Morse all week. The guys talent is endless. Check out the left hand technique of this trained classical guitarist. The length of his fingers is freakish and the difficulty of a tune like this live is awesome. Not a lot of hammering of notes, mostly all notes are picked.

Switching it up a little here.

And to go back to some Ted Nugent. One of my favorite songs by him.
