My electric bill went down. I am on the "year round" plan. After 1 year of service they average out your bill, divide by 12 and pay that amount every month. At the end of each year they reevaluate and raise or decrease your rates for the upcoming year. I replaced my 15 year old central heat and air in 05 and have switched to the curly bulbs in most of the house this year. Hopefully my bill will go down again next year.

Has anyone bothered to call and find out the reason behind the increase? My wife and I don't use much. Even during the day when we are home we don't. $115.00 to $148.00 this month.
