They're going to have to recast all of the kids eventually, too... The books take place in a relatively short timeframe, and the show is going to take at least five more years... More like eight-nine! The actors and actresses won't be kids anymore!

It is really good - if you have HBO watch it on HBO GO from the start. Books are better but 5 books of 7 are in print and they average about 1100 pages.
Its like an adult Lord of the Rings, Avengers, Gladiator, and soft porn all rolled up into one (if less nudity/sex I might let my kid watch it). |
