Opinion piece from the Chesapeake Bay journal

It is budget season in Washington. House approved full finding of Chesapeake Bay program. White House budget again proposes 91 percent cut. The piece from the bay journal is an opinion piece, but it gives a broad overview of the bay fund and the current state of the bay. It isn't a great outlook for bass the way things have been going.

Looks to me like its the states that are falling down/refusing to limit the discharges into the bay and thefts have little to nothing to do with it.
