Sometimes your comments are quite amusing.

It's a great video by an "expert". You can enjoy it without bringing up Trump. It shed a new and complimentary light for me on General William Tecumseh Sherman. It knocked my regard for Eisenhower down a bit. And made Patton really a whole lot more than just a brash, overconfident, loose gun. The war could have been shorter and a lot less lives lost had he been given all the command assignments he deserved.

And, yeah, it showed the destructive pettiness of valuing correct appearances over crude competence.
