Republicans want to give tax breaks to the rich!!

I do like to watch MSNBC every once in awhile, just to hear what those foaming-at-the-mouth, howling-at-the-moon lunatics are saying.

Last night I was watching Keith Oberman's nephew, Rachael Maddow. He/she was ranting about how the Republicans want to give tax cuts to the rich, referring to the compromise reached between Obama and Congress.

What about the fact that many Democrats are also in favor of keeping all tax rates where they are? If only Republicans wanted this, it couldn't get done, they don't have the votes.

They just make up lies as they go?

I take back everything I ever said about MSNBC...absoulutely must watch!!!! the funniest thing on tv!!!

from the Morning Joke with the "GoldwaterConservative" that thinks extending the current tax rates for higher earners is "redistribution of wealth for the rich"......Rach MadCow "Fox is an entirely political organization and we are not" ......to exploding head ED...this is tremendous entertainment and should not be missed!

talk about unhinged meltdown

you are correct Jim, they ignore the fact that the Repubs. are in the minority till the new congress, I guess O., Nancy and Dingy have lost their MOJO

its insane, simply insane. Go to CNN and look at the comments to the tax articles. I really want to puke. People have no clue.
The Dems plan would cut taxes for single people making 195K a year but RAISE taxes on a working couple making 250K a year with 1,2,3,4,5....kids? How does that make sense? 200K or 250K per family a year is RICH? Most people dont realize that the more $ you make, your deduction %s become less and less. So not only are you paying a higher %, you're paying more in your taxable income! Pelosi and Co are saying "we have to borrow to pay the rich" WTF! No dumba$$es, you need to cut your budget to accomodate for less revenue. Its called business! This is what we get when we have nothing but LAWYERS and PROFESSORS running the country. These people never took a business class in their lives.

It's good to see so many Democrats manning up and admitting they made a mistake with Obama. Does this now make them racist????

Keeping the tax cuts in place was a wise thing to do. It's a stimulus. The economy might recover faster and the unemployment rate drop a bit because of it.

You don't "help" anyone when you intentionally hurt someone else. This isn't about anything but punishing the rich, my prediction is maintaining the current tax rate won't pass and it will be congresses fault while it BHO escapes without a scratch..
