Bobby and the Midniters - Easy to Slip

The guitarist I believe is named Cochrane. I do not know what else he has done but I really like his playing here.

Hard not to like a band with Billy Cobham on drums. Saw them in the early 80's Great show

[SIGPIC][/SIGPI I cut my deck to the Queen of Spades, but the cards were all the same

Hard not to a Lowell George tune. Maybe we should add a few more Feat covers to the thread.

My wife and I saw Bobby and the Midnites several times live. One time was with the JGB on the same bill at the CC Colliseum, totally unreal.Anyway, the best song they ever did was at the Orpheum.Bobby Cochrane stepped away from the band,a spot shined on him,and he sang a song that started "I Found Love,In The Eyes Of A Little Girl"and it went on from there. That song was amazing, never heard it since. They also did the song "Youngblood" and Billy Cobham sang the super low part, you know, where it goes "Who me?Yeah You".I mean really low. So,he has even more talent than you thought.I first saw him at Schaeffer Stadium as part of the Mahavishnu Orchestra. That was quite an experience. The whole Birds Of Fire thing,WOW.

Mahavishnu Orchestra, Birds of Fire now that is some heavy music. Like tripping without drugs

Mr. Huddy that R. Palmer tune is great . That happens to be one of my fav. Feat tunes. Thanks

Linda was wicked hot.Now I watch Rachel Ray on the Food Network, reminds me of Linda a little.I think her version of Love Has No Pride may be equal or better then Bonnie's.And her cover of I Can't Help It If I'm Still In Love With You is one of my favorites.Sally Field also reminds me of Linda.
