A 56 year old Illinois woman, named Carolee Bildsten. Chewed and screwed from near bye restaurant called Joe's Crab shack last night. The persistent officer who was trying to collect for services rendered was lured to her bedroom with promises to pay for being serviced at the crap Shack.
