Holy crap (just finished watching the trio)! I haven't come close to thinking this before, but I would fly anywhere in the world to see that show!

The Hawk and Dr. J both held basketballs like I hold a softball. A distinct anatomical advantage in the game. A few of those plays show it all too well. Works for bass players as well. Ever notice Ron Carter's upper hand on an upright?

No video, just audio with Keith Moon pics, but I always thought this was John Entwhistle at his best.

Big who fan here. Quadrophenia is probably my all time fav album and that tune is awesome. Drums and bass are perfect. Luv moon and Entwhistle's no non sense style.

When I have had an especially crappy day at work, I tend to grab a beer and listen to Quadaphenia at "11". Other times I grab a single malt and listen to The Wall. Either condition makes the wife nervous.

one more. Steve Gadd, the best in my book, can do more with a high hat, bass drum, and snare than anyone.

OK, now firmly place both hands at the very back of your head and hold on tight or else your brains will blow out the back of your skull
