Wood to Plastic

HI guys,
Been toying with an idea of Duping one of my wood swimmers in plastic. Went to Dahlbergs site and thought it would be cool to at least try over the winter. ANyone else try this already?

I know a bunch of guys turned some PVC years ago. Most plastics are too heavy and don't float.

Rubber mold material from smoothe on .com and plastic from alumalite. West systems micro balloons will aid in floatation..

I dont have any intrest in turning PVC. I was bored while sick and was watching Dahlberg make some hard plastic with alumilite and micro balloons. The kits are not cheap. Ill check out the place NEBE mentioned.
