Hunter Sprinkler System
The mother in law's cottage is about to fall down and we are permitted to tear down and rebuild. The new design, deck and driveway plans mean I really don't need the sprinkler system we put in a couple years ago in conjunction with the septic and sod. I will put on Craigs list soon a Hunter Pro C controller, three Hunter glove valves and outside box and six Hunter rotator heads, if anyone here has an interest let me know.
I'm in the Plymouth area and most of the furniture in the cottage, while not in pristine shape is also going to be donated or given away. Once I have Peg's clear list of what she wants, I will start to post pictures if anyone might have an interest. Probably a lot of decent scrap metal will be going in a dumpster, some nice paddle fans, cottage'y barn board etc. Tear down will be the end of September, water and power will go off ahead of that obviously, then it's salvage time.
Looking forward to downsizing and it will be nice to get into a new smaller home for retirement.
On a side note, the builder is suggesting the new high efficency on demand forced hot/cold air (will run on propane) system with small duct would be preferred this close to the ocean, when we were thinking multiple splitters. He has done both and suggests that the salt and sand do a number on any splitter high side outside; anyone have thoughts or knowledge. I'm meeting with him tomorrow and am anxious to get the name of the system he is thinking about.
