MD toll ticket

My son forgot to put his ezpass in his truck for a trip to the outer Banks, he got the toll bill in the mail. I think it was $1.75 for the actual toll and a $50 processing fee. Total rip off

Did he try calling?
I had a similar thing (EZ pass mounted (OK, on my dash) but forgot to update the CC when the company issued me a new one).
I called and they waived the fees....

My wife called because it was our account. They were super rude and would not budge. It was actually a New Jersey toll I believe.
