Plantar Pascitis, anyone have/had it ?
The heel of my foot has been killing me for a while. At last doc appointment was told I have this and was given a med to try for 2 weeks, no help.
Doc gave me a needle in the foot today, feels so much better and now need to wear orthotic arch supports in my shoes. oh well at least my arthritis in my knees & ankles has not been bothering me lately.
