Just for the Halibut

Did you guys hear about the 2 giant halibut caught in Cape Cod Bay? 1 was 209lbs and 1 was 242, caught at different times 3 days apart, by 2 different boats.....the one that was 209 was 7' tall and over a foot think......nice fillets huh!!

I saw a picture of the 209 lb'er the other day at Red Top where it was weighed in.....what a fish!.....they had to tie the tail up to the scale because otherwise it was dragging on the ground.....

Imagine fighting a 209 lb flounder....

Not sure who the Angler is but my freind Joel sent me this picture. The fish was caught on the boat next to him. Must have been a battle.

Congrats to the man holding that.
