You'll get no agument from me about that, but I thought you were looking for opinions. The pic was just my way of showing how I feel about 2 of the candidates. As far as modern politics go, there are fewer and fewer "good" choices because of media coverage and the instant dissipation of information on the internet. Nothing is a secret anymore, so we see more and learn more than we need to know about their private lives.

Huckaby? the funny part to me is that the people who make the most sense when they talk have zero chance of winning.

in the USA , the best and brightest now stay miles away from politics. the very fact that a person wants to run , labels them IMO as not too bright!

I'll put Huck in there as well. He's leading Iowa and appears to be one of the few running on either side who appears genuine. To socially conservative for my taste though

I picked none of the above.
My choice gets no play, even though he has a pretty decent resume.... Huckabee seems genuine, but by rule I dont trust the religious right

I agree.
Richardson is my choice, but he is too low on the list to make a run...

Can't be done.

Nothing reaffirms my thought that we're doomed as a country more than the Doperah and Ob(s)ama show.We ARE doomed.

They speak in soundbytes and are waging a popularity contest, not a presidential election. Once we painfully get by the primaries, we'll start seeing the evenyual mud-slinging begin.
It never ceases to amaze me that the candidates will waste time and money to harp about that the other guy does and not about what they are going to do. They all do it, and it sounds idiotic.

As I've ALWAYS said: There is no such thing as an honest politician.
One of the first things you lose when you delve into the political arena is your scruples. (Next are your TRUE friends.)
