need kids' foul weather gear

So my son turns 12 soon, and he said all he wants for his birthday, is some professional-looking fishing clothing...boots, bib, jacket. He loves fishing and he's a good kid, so I'm happy to get him some decent stuff. He's hoping to find a store with different things that he can see and pick something out, as opposed to buying online where I won't be certain what I'm getting.

Any suggestions? Any stores in CT or RI that would have a selection in kids' sizes? Or any brands to focus on, if I'm looking online? Don't need anything too extreme, we go out 7-8 times a year, usually limit ourselves to decent weather. I think he just wants to look cool, I suspect he doesn't care about staying dry as much as he wants to look like a miniature pro.

I went through this with Ty He just kept growing. Unfortunately anything he had went to the dump due to eel slime and stench. Stormr makes jackets that he can also wear at other events, the Columbia PFG stuff is also decent.

When you needed to upgrade his stuff, where did you get it, if I can ask?

Think there’s a store in New Bedford that sells guy Cotten brand. Forget the name of it. Not sure how much kid selection. I’d call before you went anywhere to see what kid selection they had.

Does your incessant whining make you feel better? How about you just shut the hell up and suck it up? It's a fishing forum , so please just stop.
