No they don’t

saltys use to but he stopped selling the lips separately

I built a small aluminum jig that fits into the vice... then tap the edges around to form the cup with a hammer..
A good run is better than a bad stand!

I have bought pre-curled Conrad lips. Been awhile, still have some down cellar.
