you and me both.. I've been getting that mag since the early 80's... until he started writing I usualy threw it out with out reading it... especialy in the summer... his writing is a breath of fresh air that brings to light subjects most of us complain (in silence sometimes) about but do not have the vechicle to express it.. excet maybe on an internet forum where it usualy starts a flame war when someone takes offense..

I aggree..Dave wrote/writes some very good articles/editorials..... IMHO...I just think Tobey has a more diverse grasp on the entire persective from surf to boat.. Tim Coleman esq. IMHO...positive feed back keeps things moving foreward and improving....it's the only way to judge sucess or failure..

Toby view on the way these anglers handle fish is spot on. I watch these shows and are sicken in the way they horse in fish and show the lack of repect when handling & releasing. Money driven anglers are not showing & teaching our young how to respect nature. Kudos Toby for writing about this.

Thanks a lot guys, that was one where I wasn't sure how it would be received. Always happy to know when I get it right!
