What part of it do you need help with? There are size, and file type limits.

there's two ways
one by attachments see bottom of post -> manage

the other by hosting them off site like at photobucket.com
and then hitting the yellow icon next too the chain link
where you place the direct link to it
that method makes it show up full size 800 by 600 pixels
