Rush is nerd rock.

Destroyed a lot of brain cells to All The World's a Stage. Working Man. Luv that tune. Saw them on a very cold winter nite at music hall in Boston a long time ago, when ? forget. We tried to find weed that nite and came up with nutin so my bud and I did black beauties and bounced off the walls all nite long at concert. Ah memories. Surprised I remember.

Anyone see the HOF induction last night on HBO? Rush looked and sounded awful. And Alex Lifeson's speech was about the most annoying and overdone speech ever to come from a musician. And that's saying a lot. He could have quit after just "blah, blah, blah", and it would have been pretty funny, but he had to go one for about 2 minutes. The crowd seemed to think it was funny for about 5 seconds before the laughter started to sound really fake. Anyways, try to watch the video if you want to see the worst speech ever. Rush = Nerd Rock

It's funny, I was starting to appreciate and even like their music a little recently because a friend was listening to them a lot. The HOF performance pretty much killed that, though.
