Wonder who in the media made AOC important?

In one six-week period, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was mentioned 3,181 times on Fox News and Fox Business. That’s an average of 75 times a day.

Not a single day went by between Feb. 25 and April 7 in which the conservative networks did not mention the Democratic socialist lawmaker from New York.

I wonder why they wanted her instead of say, Representative Katie Porter?

and who in congress, gave AOC the power to demand that the infastructure bill be connected to the social spending bill?

i told you, we love AOC. we love how the DNC bows to her.

She’s one of the biggest assets the GOP has. you just don’t get it. you can’t see it, because you can’t see anything that doesn’t help your side. i’m sorry pete,,but sometimes liberals make big mistakes. making AOC as powerful as she is, was a huge, huge gift to the GOP. She’s a marxist dingbat, and the entire country knows it.

But but big bird

Ted Cruz leads right-wing attack on Big Bird for promoting 'propaganda' after the Sesame Street character got the COVID-19 vaccine. GOP priorities

Not sure why Jim thinks AOC has more influence then joe manchin and kyrsten sinema.

Yet infrastructure gets passed, and Jim moves the goal posts again to SHE alone held it up? No sure how or way that’s relevant . Seeing the vast majority of Republicans wouldn’t dare help Dems pass a bill that let alone helped Americans no less Democratic’s…

That’s why those Republicans who voted for it are now ! The enemy Greene labeled them "traitors" and tweeted out a list of their names along with their office numbers.
Rep. Lauren Boebert of Colorado said in a tweet "these fraudulent RINOs" should be penalized "for advertising themselves as Republicans but governing as Democrats."

I can't believe Republicans just gave the Democrats their socialism bill," Rep Matt Gaetz of Florida said.

Rep. Chip Roy of Texas retweeted Rep. Warren Davidson of Ohio, who said it was "painful" to watch his Republican colleagues deliver the votes to Biden and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

GOP Lawmaker B Rep.-elect Nicole Malliotakis (R-N.Y.) backs Biden's Infrastructure Bill to Own the Squad: 'I Voted Against AOC'

Oh really she is part of the GOP FREEDOM SQUAD ! by the way all those women used AOC as their villain and conservatives irrational. Fear of Socialism ad owing the libs to get elected…. That’s a winning strategy for the GOP they know never to try to get elected on policy. Just say guns god Abortion China socialism and communism and AOC and repeat

The majority of Republicans refuse do anything for the citizens of the US ! infrastructure is a classic example look at their responses. Clearly it will Help in all states but it helps the Democratics and that alone makes it unacceptable to the new GOP Man before country ! party before country !

wayne, the squad are 6 lunatic socialists who have never done anything. they have enormous influence in your party,

So which is it Jim they have power or influence?

Or let me guess they both mean the same thing

AOC has influence but she has no power or leverage. Unlike joe manchin who has influence and leverage which gives him power .. get it now

"Not sure why Jim thinks AOC has more influence then joe manchin and kyrsten sinema. "

(1) I never said anything like that. Why do you guys constantly claim I'm saying things i never said? When did I say that?

(2) Do yo understand that there are 2 chambers of the legislature? AOC is in the HOUSE. Manchin and Sinema are in the SENATE.

(3) "Influuence" means the ability to get others to do what you want them to do. Manchin isn't influencing other senators to vote the way he does, He and Sinema are two individuals who are in a senate that's tied 50-50. So they can single-handedly torpedo democratic bills, but they aren't influencing anyone else to vote with them. The other 48 democrats in the Senate are voting the way the DNC wants.

House is a different story. The progressive wing of the democratic party has repeatedly blocked the democrats from passing infastructure until Friday night. It's clear to me (but I can't prove it) that the squad are the most powerful force within the progressive wing of the democrats in the house.

There is constant talk of AOC issuing a primary challenge to Chuck Schumer. She's a force among house democrats. Obviously you hate that, but it's not my fault, I didn't vote for her, although I would vote for her if I could because shes a gift to the GOP.

Anyway, is there anything I can do, to get you to stop claiming that I'm saying things that I never came close to saying?

And then on the right in the house, you have The Geniuses: Greene, Gohmert, Gaetz, Good and Gosar.

Constantly looking for media attention, but not intelligent enough to accomplish anything.

They would fall into the genre of Tragicomedy pretty easily

Justice Dept. Adds Two Top Prosecutors to Matt Gaetz Case
The move by the department is a sign of the complex and high-stakes nature of the sex trafficking investigation into Representative Gaetz.

Marjorie Taylor Greene Calls D.C. Jail Section Holding Jan. 6 Rioters 'Patriot Wing'

Gohmert’s name appeared in a report detailing some of the evidence that’s come before the U.S. select committee that is investigating the January 6 attack on the Capitol.
Two organizers of the January 6 rally that preceded the storming of the building say that in the weeks before the event, they met with seven members of Congress or their staffers who were “intimately involved” in planning the demonstration. One of the seven who they say they met, or met the staffers of, is a Texas congressman: Gohmert. Other representatives were Lauren Boebert of Colorado, Paul Gosar of Arizona, and Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia.

Paul Gosar (R-AZ) has shared a photoshopped anti-immigrant anime video that shows him killing Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY).

What could have been a simple high school government lecture on civic duty and participation from a local congressman instead became a Covid-19 misinformation fest worthy of a primetime slot on Fox News. Congressman Bob Good (R-Va.) encouraged a group of high school students to defy a statewide school mask mandate, and he spread lies about vaccines and how the virus spreads, the Rappahannock News reported.

“If nobody in Rappahannock complies [with the mask mandate], they can’t stop everyone,” Good told a Rappahannock County High School government class of approximately 20 students this week. “If I was ya’ll, I’d say none of ya’ll wear a mask. What are they gonna do? They’re still going to have school.”

What a bunch of Geniuses

(1) I never said anything like that. Why do you guys constantly claim I'm saying things i never said? When did I say that?

Jim AOC is all you talk about you never mention the other 2 so its a reasonable conclusion you think she has more influence than any Dem in the House or the Senate

(2) Do yo understand that there are 2 chambers of the legislature? AOC is in the HOUSE. Manchin and Sinema are in the SENATE.

no one is talking about Chambers .. Just influence and Power

Seems AOC and the squad failed in the ability to get others to do what they want them to do. seeing her caucus voted for the Bill

House is a different story. The progressive wing of the democratic party has repeatedly blocked the democrats from passing infrastructure until Friday night. It's clear to me (but I can't prove it) that the squad are the most powerful force within the progressive wing of the democrats in the house.

Here we go with the conservative logic feelings over Facts

There is constant talk of AOC issuing a primary challenge to Chuck Schumer. She's a force among house democrats. Obviously you hate that, but it's not my fault, I didn't vote for her, although I would vote for her if I could because shes a gift to the GOP.

Constant talk from WHO? and if she Does that's Her choice as for a gift to the GOP of course she is .. the gullible Republican base is the jerry springer show on steroids

Anyway, is there anything I can do, to get you to stop claiming that I'm saying things that I never came close to saying?

Paul Gosar’s own siblings have repeatedly spoken out and warned us that he is an extremist. Six of them, if six people tell you their own damn brother is dangerous believe them.

If you want a good example of conservatives in 2021

To date, Alabama has made plans to spend $440 million dollars of our American Rescue Plan funds. Of the $440 million, $400 million of it will be spent on building prisons while the other $40 million will be spent on hospitals.

you’re talking about the disgusting video where he showed a likeness of himself striking biden? was it with a sword?

thats unbelievably inappropriate, but it’s not threatening to kill him, unless he said something like “ Biden this is what’s coming.”.

Kathy Griffin joked about cutting Trumps head off. She didn’t threaten to do so.

mind boggling he thought that was ok though.

i believe biden won.

seems to me, that people are figuring out all by themselves, the dystopian nature of today’s liberalism. not everybody watches foxnews wayne, on a good night they get 3 million viewers, which is 1% of the us population.

you think republicans are fabricating the sense of dystopia. you better hope you’re right.

When VA parents see that their children are being told to read a book in elementary school called “Not My Idea”, which literally equates whiteness with satanism, and then those parents are told that critical race theory isn’t being taught in school and that they’re therefore lying…well if democrats are doing that, can they really be surprised when they lose elections?

is that a winning strategy?

agreed, a sitting member of congress should be held to a higher standard. he deserves to be punished.

but unless you’d say Griffin threatened Trumps life, you can’t say this idiot threatened Biden’s life. And I’d bet big that spence dismissed griffins actions as a tasteless but harmless joke. but more people know who she is, than this idiot congressman.

To this latest Stunt..

If it didn’t work on Republicans voters or if this wasn’t what Republicans want to see and hear .. we wouldn’t be seeing it..

Even you are a RINO in the new Trumplican GOP

Republicans want a dystopian future
Where elections only are fair if they win. The truth is what they say it is .

And the only why to save American
Is to install an Authoritarian leader who will drain the swap ( code for removing the Congress a taking over the judiciary and if need be put the military on the streets…

And the vast number of Republicans are all In . thinking they are Patriots saving the UNITED STATES.

is it lying to say that racially divisive gargage is taught in VA public schools? all those parents, some of whom are registered democrats, are lying?

wayne, you cannot accept that any criticism of democrats is accurate. it all must be lying.

“drain the swamp is code for removing congress”…

“taking over the judiciary” - i’m sorry, trump isn’t allowed to fill judicial vacancies?

multiple presidents have “put military on the streets.”

now who’s lying? now who’s spreading nonsensical hysteria? You.

Trump nominated Brett Kavanaugh, the closest living adult to Wally Cleaver you’ll ever find. And democrats painted him as a monster.

So i’m not sure where you get the idea that only republicans engage in hyperbole. I remember plenty of liberal hysteria during the trump years.

Wally Cleaver?
The FBI sent 4500 tips on Kavanaugh to the White House, didn’t investigate at all.
You’re dreaming if you think he’s not an entitled prep school kid.

You do realize he spent 3 years working for Ken Starr on Whitewater and now his opinion is that sitting Presidents should not be investigated.
Did you ever read the questions he proposed?

Jim not all threats are equal

And this is where you and I disagree

That everything is equal . All the time

What’s the point?

I have said it before sometimes your arguments lack nuance .

That’s why the FBI will conduct a Threat assessment and they will decide if it’s a threat or not . It’s what they do

i don’t recall saying everything is equal. and you were the one who said you agreed with 90% of my post, so now i don’t know what we were agreeing on, so
never mind.

what kathy griffin did was ok. she’s a democrat.

my arguments lack nuance. from a guy whose every post, is pro democrat and anti republican. that’s nuanced?

wayne, you cannot accept that any criticism of democrats is accurate. it all must be lying. [COLOR="Red"] a Lie is not a criticism its a lie

“drain the swamp is code for removing congress”…

“taking over the judiciary” - i’m sorry, trump isn’t allowed to fill judicial vacancies? Again your not paying attention to what republicans expect his appointed judges to do! they expect fidelity to a Trump..

multiple presidents have “put military on the streets.” yes Jim it's happened 6 time in our History .. Again Everything's the same. none were in support to overthrow an election that's what Trumplicans what they want

now who’s lying? now who’s spreading nonsensical hysteria? You.

Trump nominated Brett Kavanaugh, the closest living adult to Wally Cleaver you’ll ever find. And democrats painted him as a monster.

Thats your measurement of Character a Fictional person from Leave it to Beaver? another Conservatives who whats to go back in time to the 50s when America was America

So i’m not sure where you get the idea that only republicans engage in hyperbole. I remember plenty of liberal hysteria during the trump years.

When trump spoke and the world listened the next day.. All the world heard was OH!! it was all Hyperbole

But again you think Hyperbole from a Sitting POTUS is equal to any hyperbole from just a Democrat .

"No jim they are missed informed BY GOP LIES thinking something is happening and knowing its happening are 2 different things"

So the parents who say that their kids read that book in class, are all wrong? Every single one of them, was hypnotized by the GOP to believe their kids read that book? Parents are too stupid to see for themselves, what their kids are being taught in school? CNN has a better idea than the Loudon County parents, of what's being taught in those schools?

Whew. I mean, whew.

Nothing that paints the left in a bad light, can be valid. Nothing. I mean, you are out there Wayne, really really out there. You know better than those parents, what their children are being taught.

"your not paying attention to what republicans expect his appointed judges to do! they expect fidelity to a Trump the constitution."

Fixed it.

Give me some examples, please, of Trumps judges violating the constitution, to show fidelity to Trump. I am very, very curious to see what you come up with. I'm dying to know.

"Thats your measurement of Character a Fictional person from Leave it to Beaver?"

Kavanaugh was obviously a decent and good man. Look what your side did to him.

"nother Conservatives who whats to go back in time to the 50s when America was America"

Guilty as charged, you got something right in that rant.

"But again you think Hyperbole from a Sitting POTUS is equal to any hyperbole from just a Democrat"

Fine. So when Hilary said tens of millions of Americans are deplorable, and when Biden said Republicans want to put blacks back in chains, how come you're OK with that?

You need to find some new material yet again you compare single incidents against to many incidents to count . One being Jan 6th

I hope I am wrong with my view of the future GOP .. but if the faithful keep making excuses for them and blaming liberalism for ever ill in America as if a Republican never held office or the White House . Theirs little hope

Don’t forget it Trump before the nation and the party before the people.

And history is littered with examples when people stop paying attention and accept fiction over facts
