S-B show

Lupos has a couple shows coming that may get some of the community together for some live music, Grace Potter and the Nocturnals Feb 8th and Zappa plays Zappa the 9th.Let's make something happen.

I would go see Zappa, again.. This would make 7 I think. Tagger, DZ, and I saw them there 2 years ago. I will say this Tagger, Bob Huddy and I saw them at Ziterion this year and I was a little bummed they didn't carry a percussionist, vibes player and different bass player and no rhythm guitar either and it just wasn't the same. I was a little disappointed with sound. It may have been the selections of songs they had selected in that tour or the other players were busy but I would look into the band members this tour before I have a definite, but would probably go anyway.

Maybe a narrows nite too. Some good players coming and easy in and out for us semi local guys.

I'd be up for Tab Benoit at least. Maybe Buckwheat. Some other good ones too.

Just looked at Zappa site, tour and date info and it looks like same band as last time which I wasn't too thrilled with. Going to have to look into this closer before I say yes.

this is latest set list I could find

Paul .. what ever your up for ,, I'll go . yes ,, agree ,, kind of a sloppy mess last time and short changed on the players .. Sounded like a regular club band covering Zappa .. Not what we're use to, but I'll still support the cause ..
