Theater Viewing Options

The last time I saw a movie in a theater was the original Star Wars and I thought it might be fun to go catch the new one with my youngest geeky son. So I go online to see about pre-purchasing seats for next week at the Randolph MA. Cinema Delux and find there are no less than 8 different viewing options, but no real explanation of what the differences are and of course in today's automated frustrating world; you can't pick up the phone and ask any life non-automated person that question. Then with a bad back, I'd like to know if the all or which ones have the plush reclining seats and again; no way to call and ask. At times I absolutely HATE, HATE, HATE the fact you can't call any fing company and get a life person on the phone.

Anyone have recent experience?
