Local Mill

Hi all,
With all the talk of plugfest I needed to go to my local mill to see what he had for turning. I bought 6 planks 6 1/4 with random lengths the longest being 8'. Total cost for the planks were $30 bucks and for $10 more he ripped them into squares. Now all I need to do is cut around the knots.....

Cheers,
O.D.

Mike, you get that down the street from me? I noticed he put a sign out by the street. I'm surprised because I thought he didn't want people just showing up unannounced? Maybe I'll buy one a chicken coop from him and start getting my own eggs.

Yeah John that's the guy, I'm guessing that he's feeling the pain of a bad economy also... Remember with chickens, comes coyotes....

Bill, I have a couple heading your way!!!

Mike, SWMBO won't let me have weapons. She thinks I shoot myself, accidently or something. I'm more concerned she'll realize the life insurance is a better deal than living with me.
