WTB : 9', 2oz sweet spot, spinner

Hi there,
looking for a plugging rod with the afore mentioned characteristics. Just can't pack such a rod for the flight, and it will probably stay in the US when I leave
I love nice rods but will not break the bank on this one
Will be in Portsmouth RI after the 10th of July.

I have a sweet 1 piece 9' St. Croix Avid ASRS90M 1/2 oz. - 2 1/2 oz. 8-20lb

Nice rod hard to find. $150 I fish Newport 4-5 nights a week.
