Unpainted Stick Shadds

I found unpainted Stick Shadds on fleabay and for the price I figured it would be a worthwhile experiment. Any thoughts on painting these? I am thinking just some light coats out of the spray cans. Maybe pearl base coat then the "Ghostescent" on top of that.

I just bought 3 at M&D's today. Got the unpainted ones because they were cheaper and I want them to be white and he was out. I am going to glassbead them to scuff up the plastic and then paint them with a good primer and some white paint. Not even going to bother putting a shiny coat on them. When the paint wears off I'll just spray them again. I have done it to knock off magic swimmers. Paint last pretty good . Maybe use some of that spray paint made for plastic. You can use createx and a shiny coat too but not worth it in my opinion.

I stopped useing primer and went to just useing fusion (plastic paint) by krylon...it works for me (epoxy seal) sticks good...Paul, Bill Couch told me to try applince paint by krylon.....its tuff paint takes 24 hrs to dry, I've epoxy sealed and painted with the applince paint, while its wet I hit it with another color and thats it....lasts good no topcoat

its no ones fault
