have this show on blue ray.... they put a little something extra on it... the only time jeff plays rockabilly live.... great stuff.... jeff is the man

Here is some real useless info ,which I have tons of, If you have ever seen the movie Twins he is in there playing in a countryish band at one of the bars they stop at. I noticed him right away. I had to check just now as it was a long time ago I saw that movie and sure enough he is in the credits of the movie , so he does know how to play that stuff
Look who is on the skins. Eddies favorite.

Beck...top ax man.....no doubt

Big Block, Crank it up!

Day in the life.... he can make the guitar do the vocals...not easy.

and yeah, he can do rockabilly...crappy audio, but you get the idea:

And Tal.... she is amazing on the electric bass...plays a great guitar as well....

First song is great Karl. . His picking style and use of whammy bar is fantastic and gives him a distinct sound for sure.

Thumbs up

Caught that Special ..Jeff Beck, Live at Ronnie Scott's, on VH1 classics last night late...awesome stuff, Jimmy Page in the audience giving him some standing O's...had EC join him on stage, and a couple of young vocalists, tight back up, great bassist as mentioned, and fantastic drummer, and keyboard....

love to watch, and listen to him..."play"

nice nice Karl. He is staring to look like Ron Wood in his old age.

Beck and Clapton will be doing a one off gig together at the London o2 arena next February. I would be interested in hearing Clapton play on any of the later Beck material. I do not doubt he can do it it is just that he is not pushed very often.

Thanks for posting that one Paul...somewhere Curtis Mayfiled has to be diggin that version of his tune....

Tal is pretty darn good on guitar as well S223... she sure brings fun and enthusiasm to the stage...Read an interview with Jeff Beck and he spoke like a proud father of her.. he said sometime he just stops and listens because she is so good...

Hey Paul...do you recognize that drummer with Beck at all???

Frank Zappa band alumni.....

Yes, but to be honest I didn't notice him. He is very good and good catch K.

Drummerworld: Vinnie Colaiuta

Here is a hell of a trio I stumbled onto a few years ago and have listened to it occasionally. I still lean towards Mr. Gadd though, king of the snare and so violent on the drums, I luv it, but none are slouches.
