House Speaker Bob DeLeo is a POS

House lawmakers never got a chance to vote on the bill that would have provided death benefits to a police officer's widow.

This story just goes to to further solidify the proof that state politicians are corrupt arrogant a-holes in need to a reality kick in the head!

Officer Kenneth Shaw died from hepatitus C in 1998 after working the Identification Unit responding to bloody crime scenes.
Doctors believe he contracted it on the job, but our wise and compassionate state idiots would not give his widow the accidental death benefits she rightfully deserved because, and I love this "pearl of wisdom", the wife could not pinpoint which crime scene victim gave her husband the hepatitus C!!!

The ignorance of the state idiots is known, and is a given in any matter of importance, but Bob DeLeo purposely withheld the bill, making sure it couldn't be voted on before the end of session yesterday.

If that isn't criminal, I don't know what is.

Sure, I bet if it was a bill to increase HIS benefits it would be the ONLY thing on the agenda for the entire day, but since the state would have to pay out benefits, he chose to say to the widow "Sorry, but it sucks to be you!"

Why can't we get a house speaker that hasn't already been fitted for an orange jumpsuit?

To coin a phrase from my younger brother: "If I met him on the street, I'd spit in his face!"

Looks like it's time for another "house" cleaning???

We can't get a guy who is pre fit for an orange suit because people in this state blindly vote. They go down the list and vote D regardless of the individual. There is very little to keep people honest.
