And another thing....Question 1

Why would anyone in their right mind allow a question to be placed on a ballot that is not clear in its wording nor direct enough to let the electorate know what their vote is doing, be it for or against???? Why can't someone just tell us what the hell the issue is, because the ads are conflicting, and the lobbyists are getting a lot of play on this one.

Not a Mass voter but I just looked it up and I agree. 99% of voters will not understand what this is about.
