Fish ID

Found on a N Truro Oceanside beach yesterday, about 4 inches long.
Any ideas ? I’m stumped.
Juvenile pelagic perhaps ?

Very interesting fish, for such a $hitty name.
Though I did play baseball with a guy named Lumpy…appropriately.
