Unusual?

Good Evening,
Not quite on "my" boat but never the less from a boat. We were waiting for a ship at the Homeport in NY Harbor last night. Whenever I get the time I'll fish. This guy hit right off the corner in the current and it was a real surprise. Didn't even catch it , it was a snag you can see the hook in front of the pectoral fin.
