10' custom casting rod

10" casting rod - one piece
Rod was put together at Surfland B&T on Plum Island.
PacBay 1208 blank rated 1-6 oz more like 1-4
cork tape grip
Fugi trigger reel seat
8-guides plus tip top - top two guide and tip are SIC others hardaloy
26" butt to the reel seat, fore grip 6"
Limited use in very good shape - $150. pick up only.

Located near Hampton, NH. Will be down in Westerly, RI from 10/22 - 10/26 if interested.

Any thoughts on how it compares... action, quality.. with an All Star 1208? If you bring it here, I'll be glad to look at it if it is a similar rod. Thanks.

A little bit lighter power then the All Star would be my guess.

I have both a All Star and PacBay 1088 and with these the PacBay is lighter in weight and a little less backbone then the All Star.

rod is much lighter than an allstar 1208- it absolutley smokes 2 oz pencils and works 'em to boot.

Hey Mike... I pm'd my number. Not sure what time you'll be here, but I can meet just about anytime during the day tomorow or Thursday. I'll probably take it, but want to check it out and see what you have to sy about it. I fish from Pt judith to Mesquamicut. So Westerly easy. See you when you get here. Kevin

Kevin, nice to meet you and best of luck with the rod. The fishing was great Wed through Friday afternoon. Good number of fish on Sat but small. Overall had a really good week,
