Did they in fact loose?  Ooooo.....that must sting Ron, but, being an ardent Raiders fan, you must be used to it the last couple of seasons!  |

Yes, and the Chefs go down at Mile High. Its never a good thing when your QB throws left handed while being buried at his own goal line... Plummer got the Chefs back in it, but they still have a crappy D.
Unfortunately, I can't get excited about the Broncs till they win a playoff game... well, I'll be excited, but they were 6-2 in '02 and missed the playoffs... 5-1 last year and had to win 4 in a row late last year just to get the last playoff spot and get blown out.
BUT, its always nice to see the Chefs and Raiders in the cellar, even if its week one.

I usually don't get into football until fishing is wrapping up in mid October...
I definitely watch my team and keep track, but most of my energy goes to fishing.
This season I was pretty excited about the defense coming in and having Jake in his second year versus Brian Griese in any year... and I'm already in a mid-season frenzy and I got that feeling in the pit of my stomach at kickoff.
I'm glad its back too... although I've become a pretty dedicated Sox fan over the past 3 years. But I can watch a sox game in a normal state of mind... when Denver's on, well, I have to go watch it in the basement.
