Brrrrrrrrrr! Dem eels give me chills. Please, try one without a tail hook. Just some long skinny hackles and scant bucktail to hold them together.

Thanks for the compliments. I guess I should have posted something to judge their size. The jointed eels are 9 1/2" plus the lip.

Nice clean plugs Mac, they look like they will catch for you.

Do you like the linetie on the squids in the middle as opposed to slightly under center better for some reason?

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.

1984 was a warning, not a guidebook!

It's time more people spoke up with the truth. Every time we let a leftist lie go uncorrected, the commies get stronger.

These squids sit nearly vertical in the water as apposed to the norris style which sit horizontal. I plan to fish them on the Vineyard in June. Should work well in the canal too. I borrowed the design (the squids and the zarra) from CS a couple of years ago and only build a few here and there. The squid zara can be made to swim sweet too without much effort. Looks awesome coming through the water. Like a squid jetting away.

Nice, very nice! Now thats what I was looking for. I really, really dig the jointed eels! Numbskull made me one about 8 years ago and it outfishes real eels. I was turning this morning, new lathe and tools, God this is addicting. I turned some small stuff for eelskins. (Gotta save all yer skins as that might be all we have left) I will post when I get them done. Please don't laugh too hard though!

Can't go wrong with the sliders either. those squids would be killer at Middleground in June.

Why even try.........

Are you going to make 2 sizes? The smaller one is killer.

I agree Mac.

The smaller one is definitely going to be a producer.

The plugs on the site are not the ones I am doing...

Those are just filler photo's.

The stuff I'll be doing is much nicer.

Our Mack Darters will be one of them... stay tuned!
