The author found that in addition to lending Floridaman billions of dollars when no other mainstream bank would touch him, Deutsche provided a number of other, previously undisclosed services — giving him access to foreign money when he needed it most.
Deutsche created special-purpose vehicles to help Floridaman quietly do overseas real estate deals, including in havens for hiding assets.
And it acted as matchmaker, connecting Floridaman & Co with foreign investors — including wealthy Russians — looking to buy western real estate.
Some Deutsche executives were very worried about continuing to do business with Floridaman, in part because of the possibility that he or his companies were involved in illegal activity.
Their concerns were overruled. The profits were too good to resist.

There has been for years the inference Russian mafia types have funded Floridaman thru the purchase of overpriced condo's. Also, the inference Russia has guaranteed Floridaman's loans.
No doubt the CIA and or the FBI knows this already..the depth of their ability to obtain information is overwhelming. That said, when the facts of Floridaman's frauds over the years does materialize, it will be a story beyond all stories. Does one not think that people in the FBI and CIA know Floridaman is dangerous to our democracy..that he is beholden in some way to Putin et al.
Time will come when Floridaman is in front of a jury of his peers and will hear the wrath of those who he defrauded. And, of the Trumplican's who gave him all the breath Floridaman needed..they too will be thrown out of office or castigated beyond thought..
