What software do you use to rip DVDs to iTunes?

I am looking for suggestions on DVD ripper and converter software to load dvds to iTunes.

I don't convert to itunes but I believe DVD Fab has a program that will do all that stuff as well as copy , etc.
Anyway , look up DVDFAB. I think you get a 30 day free trieal for each feauture.
