it's abundantly clear that the UK needs more stringent knife control laws to prevent this tragedy from happening in the future.

After an outcry from women's groups stating that they were being left at risk Parliment extended the recently enacted knife control laws to cover box cutters. . .

could you imagine sitting in your local restaurant eating dinner or having a drink and some freakin wacko jumpin up on a table whippin his pants down and cutting it off in front of you? OMFG there are some seriously messed up people in this world.

Whatever drove him to do that must have been pretty severe. Can you imagine him wakng up the next day and finding out somebody has sewn it back on.
