I fractured a bone in my foot when I slipped in the river and I got a treble stuck in my index and thumb today And I got no fish for my trouble I had to use that string technique thing for the thumb. Was that you Slip that posted that? Still hurt like hell but better than pushing it through.

i buried a treble on a Mann's + 25 all the way to the bone on my index finger. I was out by Hardings Ledge had to cut the hook off dock the boat, go Brockton Hospital, get 5 stiches .they billed Harved Health $1600.00. Back on the water by 3pm priceless

where there's little fish, there's big fish

I lost the biggest fish of my LIFE yesterday east of Quicks Hole

EASY 50 lber...could not control this fish no way no how after 10 minutes and at least 6 straight runs out...did something STUPID that I will remember for the rest of my life....tweaked the drag up more

I SAW the fish roll on the popper right next to the boat and almost had to change my knickers I couldn't not believe how much line this thing was taking and how hard

Olive/Silver 1.25 oz popper

Yea Slip I felt like sitting down and crying I was so bummed. I estimate the fish body at ~16-18" tall and probably 50" long. I got a REAL good look at it, saw it coming up and all.

Sucky part is I know better than to do what I did too
