Thumbs up

I built one on a Shakespeare solid glass unfinished sanded blank,
SHA 0322 84" with a number 20 tip.
The person didn't want to drop big bucks in a blank he might only use once a year on a charter boat out of Point Judith.
Hope this was some help.

Shakespears has stoped making blanks this year ,just finished rods.

I like longer rods for Cod my choice would be a Seeker #775-8 or the "Gaff" both in 8' theres also the Lamiglas BT96 8S don't mind the missprint in their catalog it does not have a #30 tip more like a 22
