Yeah the remakes are a cheesy way for hollywood to make some easy money. Some , like true grit , are classics that should not have been redone. Maybe some of the space alien stuff where technology has changed animation so much but for just regular movies of in the flesh actors they should leave the classics alone and come up with their own ideas for new stories.

eventually they'll just run out of movies to remake. just like the comic book movies. they're goin with green lantern type comics these days. gimme a break
