Floor Heat Registers

I need a couple register covers. I looked at Lowes and Home Depot and have noticed they only have covers that are part plastic and much lighter in weight than older ones I had that I'm throwing away. See the white one pictured below. I'm hoping that I might be able to find ones that are all are metal rather than plastic. Do they make them like that anymore? If so any idea where I could get them? I'm in Weymouth. I was guessing a plumbing or heating supply but could use a specific recommendation.
