Florida has pretty much been wide open for business (more than any other state) yet they have the lowest number of cases of this manufactured Covid crisis 🤔

Florida has had some really, really terrible months. their total death rate since the beginning, is around tenth? but you need to consider that they have one of the highest elderly populations if any state, so you need to be careful just comparing state to state.

But huge numbers of people are moving there, which means they’re doing something right. Liberals like to say people are only moving there because if the weather, and i always ask “why are t people
moving to southern California which also has nice weather”, and i’ve never gotten a response. they pretend they didn’t hear the question.

In October,25 out of every 100,000 residents of heavily Trump counties died from Covid, more than 3X higher than the rate in heavily Biden counties.Oct was the 5th consecutive month that % gap between death rates in Trump & Biden counties widened

Worked that way in Vermont also

Frasier: Niles, I’ve just had the most marvelous idea for a website! People will post their opinions, cheeky bon mots, and insights, and others will reply in kind!

Niles: You have met “people”, haven’t you?

You want to know why people move to Florida & not California?
Look at the state income tax for 1
Same reason I LOVE the Raiders move to Las Vegas.
