We Paid off our Mortgage 100%.

When i walk the acres of the farm (homestead)
I have a whole different feeling now.

in about 4 to 6 weeks (processing)

Congrats. We paid ours off in 2008 and it makes a huge difference when you are retired and don't have a mortgage payment

No boat, back in the suds.

That is a great feeling Raven, Congrats!

we paid ours off 3 years ago 5 years early.

I always believe in living within ones means, responsibly

Enjoy your accomplishment

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.

1984 was a warning, not a guidebook!

It's time more people spoke up with the truth. Every time we let a leftist lie go uncorrected, the commies get stronger.

Excellent!!!

That ranks up in the "lifetime accomplishment" scale with graduating college, getting the job you wanted and first born child!
(Although not always in that order)

I'd say that calls for a party, but knowing this crowd, and the resulting damages and legal fees, it might put you back in debt again

I am a legend in my own mind!

Preferably with some prime shore front access and hoity-toity neighbors that you can flip off when they complain about all of your "friends" that show up to fish at all hours of the day and night!

Or you could just turn it into the "Piping Plover Rescue Ranch Café" and tell everyone that asks that all you serve is "chicken of the sea".
