A card and a call (she was back in from Aruba), but I got my son's mommy breakfast in bed, car in the shop, a Roomba, and brownies - it wasn't a bad day for her

I got her some flowers and some wine. Haven't gotten to see her in quite some time, as Mom's Day is the biggest restaurant hoilday of the year.
Got to bring the girlie, too. Me, Rappin Mikey, his girl and mine, the grandparents, and our Aunt Pam had some very LARGE hardshell lobsters, WMass native asparagus, and corn. Was quite the rockin day for me. Could be the last Mother's Day for all of us, very poigniant for me...Had a great time, almost didn't tell anybody I was back from Georgia yet so I could go fishing.
Think I made the right choice!
Hope y'all had a great day!
Later,
Rick
