Let the fun begin

Love BSB rolled in egg, then covered in Panko and dropped in a hot skillet on the side burner of the grille until golden brown. Was a tough bite on such a flat calm beautiful day, but managed to squeeze out a limit.

Nice to get out with Big Fish Larry today and he was good enough to shoot a couple pics of my humpback male.

Did well off Cleveland's today. Casting 3.5 oz shimano wide butterfly jigs and swimming them back close to the bottom worked better than vertical jigging. Turns out some of the fish had mantis shrimp in them which likely explains that.

Had to use finesse today, 4" split tail, 3/8 oz kalin ultimate jig fished slow with very little vertical jigging in the main channel between 24-32 feet. Thankfully they invented braid so you can fish that light in those depths.
